Service Policies & Warranty

We believe in clear expectations and smooth scheduling. The policies below explain how booking, deposits, and payments work so there are no surprises.

Deposits & Scheduling

To reserve your service date, a deposit may or may not be required depending  on the service*

  • Deposits secure labor, materials, and scheduling
    ​

  • Service dates are not held without a deposit (if needed)
    ​

  • Once the deposit is received, your appointment is officially confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
    ​

  • Cancellations made outside of this window may result in a $50 cancelation fee due to reserved materials and scheduling commitments.
    ​

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

WARRANTY

  • We stand behind the quality of our work and materials.
     

  • Our services include a warranty of 6 months to 5 years depending on the specific service performed.
     

  • This warranty covers issues related to workmanship or materials, including peeling, delamination, or coating failure, when determined to be caused by our installation or supplied materials.
     

  • If an issue arises and cannot be clearly attributed to misuse, impact damage, moisture intrusion, chemical exposure, or other external factors beyond our control, it will be treated as a covered warranty claim.
     

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection to determine the cause of the issue.
     

  • Approved warranty claims will be resolved through repair or replacement, at our discretion.
